Just finished cleaning up my car to be advertised, took it too a great local spot to get a few decent pictures. All went well, the c2 didnt look too bad.. (for once lol)

Drove home all optimistic thinking Id have the car online by the end of the day and the car gone within a fortnight! When I suddenlyhit the biggest deepest pot hole in south England. Ended up with an instant flat tyre and possible damaged alloy.

-Im hoping this isn`t a sign that maybe selling and getting a 9 isn`t for me but for now Im still stuck in a Citreon with a 12" red donut wheel on the front. Not happy! :(
 
Vts. Has been a great car for the past 2 years just fallen out of love with it!
 
my gf has a 04 1.4 vtr but is looking for the 1.6 vtr so i just thought id ask..
 
Try and stay clear of the "sensodrive" tiptronic gearbox they`re awful!
 
does it not come in all the 1.6 vtr's from 04 on!?
 
I thought not but yea apparently so. To be fair I really would just say to get a vts they aren`t much more to buy and only insurance group 8 and has 15 bhp more. Haha, sounds like Im trying to sell you my car lol but I`ve known a couple of mates who have had the vtr and the gearbox is forever going wrong!

I hate potholes.
 
Take a picture of the pothole and keep you receipts.
If the pot hole is big enough you might be able to claim for the damage off the local council

Already done, sending off my letter of "displeasure" to the council.

Do this and measure the depth and width of the pothole. Send it to the cuntsil responsible and you should get your money back. I claimed and got the money. Most counsils have a fund each year (in the millions) to cover just this.
 
The potholes around my way are terrible and after the snow and ice this winter there worse and nothing is being done to repair them! I really need to buy that sticker 'Im not drunk Im just avoiding potholes'
 
Potholes are awful, but yeah best thing to do is just send off receipts of damages etc and hope you get some sort of payout!
