does anyone know where i can get my hands one a good and highly recommened one of the above:)).

cheers

Just build your own, i did. Get most of the bits from RallyDesign.co.uk and the SS braided pipe is cheapest from that shop at Castle Combe.
I am not sure which place to get the take off plate from as my car already had one on. But get 3m of hose (I have 1m left over if you want that)
This kit reduced my oil temp from 145 to about 100 and that is with a 16 row. But my car is a 2.0l @ 220bhp.

oil pressure get lower with these kits be careful when choose the oil radiator size is very important !

Have a look at demon Tweeks went there today to buy gauges for mine, they stock everything you need. It's great living 10mins away from there!

if you have any problem to getting them let me know.
i do mocal, hoses, clamps...etc

with no oil cooler the oil just do the regular route trough the filter.
with oil cooler oil must get trough the lines then the oil coolers lines and then the filter route.
if you put a 30 meter oil line you dont have the same pressure to the other end compared to a 1 meter oil line.

oil pump makes the same pressure always if you had an oil pressure gauge you will notice different pressure with and without these kits.
( acctually alot of friends did )

it is a small difference and that is where the cooler size matters.

I would disagree with that.

You could have a 100m oil line and pressure would be the same . The oil pressure drops after its forced through the oil cooler fins. The size of the oil cooler affects cooling temperature , having one too big can overcool your engine but the size wont affect pressure actually may increase it over a small one , depending on the design. The oil cooler will always be full of oil even when the engine is stopped , its the start up period where the oil lines are dry can harm engines. Some track cars have a seperate fuel pump switch so they can prime the engine first before start.
