This car is a bargain mate, if you want it, its easy worth more than what its advertised at.

Not my car but hate to see them going cheap
 
A car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, and no one seems to be willing to pay what it is up for at the moment.

I'm interested in this car, but not at the current price. Especially seeing as it is at the other end of the country to me.

just my opinion, £5550 for this car is a bargain. asking for more money off to me seems wrong. I've seen this car and been in it a few times and i can assure you it is worth a lot more than £5550.

Its not my car and don't want to get in the way of a sale or anything. Just too cheap in my eyes to go any lower.

You being at the other side of the country shouldn't lower the price this car looks like it's worth what he I asking and there are people vouching this who now him I don't no the guy or the car but it looks reasonable to me and if your bothered about travelling n want the price lowering because of that go for one closer to you and if what you said about the car is only worth what you want to pay there are others about but they wont be as clean and tidy as this you pay for quality nowa days that's my opinion

I'm not saying that at all jus saying that you going on about traveling to get the price knocked down is shot really ask him he might be willing to do a deal but it would be a steal any lower as thi Is a great car but that my opinion pm him I'm jus saying that you carnt expect the price to be knocked down for traveling thts all

You can get 9s as low as £3995 now though, £5k is no longer the base price.

If a seller only has one potential buyer offering £800 less than asking, then he has two choices, either take up the only offer on the table and get the car sold ASAP, or listen to a bunch of people on a forum with no vested intrests in the transaction telling him that it is worth more and thus dragging out the sale for months.

Personally, when I have something for sale, I want it sold ASAP.

completely agree. I just felt as if he's after something for nothing. he's never posted on the forum before and tbh i felt it was a bit rude asking for money off. If he's a serious buyer, message or phone the seller in person and have a proper talk about buying the car. Posting on a forum asking for money off just doesn't seem to be the way to go about it.

I made the post to gauge whether the seller is likely to take an offer I'd make. If he was to say no, he's sticking at £5500, then I've saved wasting both his and my time.

I'm in no rush to purchase, so I can afford to wait for the right car at the right price.
 
hi mate, make me an offer within reason, cause this car is worth more than im asking for it, but i simply need rid of it asap, but its priced to sell and ive got someone coming to see it on saturday, sub 5k im not going to entertain you

I have the money to buy this car And was 99% there but unfortunately insurance and other financial problems have stopped me from buying :( so gutted this looks like a beauty it's worth every penny if you are expecting him to go lower on the price you obviously don't know what you would be getting!
 
Cant beleive noone has bought this .

It is a very clean car and had very careful owners .

i was close to buying this and use it as a daily but decided to b18 my 9 instead .

x2 this is my friends old type r and it is absolutley spotless..i know waht my friend sold ir ro rhe garage for and the price now is a bargin
 
Car is really clean. Have seen it Many times when Gav had it and also a few times when arron has had it.
Such a steal at that price.
Glwts arron. Should sell soon I would say at that crazy low price!
