Hi all :)

Right so after lots of searching and waiting for my birthday ive finally purchased my first ek civic :)
unfortunatley its not a ek9, however im really happy with my little ek4..
will be a slow but sure build, few little niggles like a small dent in the front wing and a spot of rust on the rear drivers arch, but they shall be sorted,

just trying to get it how i want it before i get it on the road at the end of april..

How i got it home on Saturday:

So after alot of hard work today ive got most of the rear inside sorted, ill be keeping the plastics thats why it isnt all done, but first of all i scraped and cleaned all of the sound deadening - HORRIBLE job..
sanded,
primered,
sprayed and
laquered:

Thanks man,
Yeah will do, hopefully the new seats will be going in this weekend, and I'm planning on ripping all the carpet outta the front and removing all the heavy horrible sound deadening and then puttin the carpets back lol :)

some nice updates there mate looking good ;)

Thanks mate,
spray job inside isnt as good as it looks in the pictures but it was rattlecanned and its gotta be better than the wierd purpley overspray colour it was before!

shall be fitting the x-brace tomoro and ill get a few pics of the drivers sparco installed which has been a ball ache :(

Looks great man, some really nice parts there... :nice:

Would you not just remove the rear plastic panels rather than leaving cut up ones in? Would lose a small bit of weight as well. :D
