i can say for sure i've never seen this on any 96-00 civic in canada. my oem hood had paint damage from all the heat the engine was giving off.

These will only appeal to the Americans and Canadians since this piece was never offered on the 96-00 Civic's. I bet this piece costs nothing in the UK and and Europe.
