hey all this is just a post to ask if any one else had this and also to share what i have done to tidy it up, its not a write up but anyway.
so when i first got my car it had a minidisk player and no raidio(not good when you have to drive 8 hours home with it) but it was down in the space that is a cubby hole just above the drinks holder. So i changed it for my cd player and put it back together were it was

Then i was still left with a hole in the dash which isnt very attractive to look at.so rather than get a blanking plate i thought i would get a storage pocket from a polo/lupo as they are a single din size.
so i went down to the local scrappies to look for a storage pocket i thought i was all out of luck as all the polos,golfs,lupos a came to had no cd players or storage areas left in them, i eventually found one cost me the outlandish sum of £1.
with a bit of modification and common sence it came out looking good, all that i have left to do is get a bit of carbon fiber wrap and make it look the same as the dash, job done

£1 and 2hours work is well worth it i thnk
