Rear lights

Hi guys, Im new on here, been reading the site for quite a while now. I dont have a EK9 ( I would love to own one, and will do at some point). I have a Civic Jordan (next best thing). What I am looking to do is get the look that you guys have with your rear lights where both lights come on with the lights (as you dont have a fog light).

What would be the best/easiest way to do this?

Can I just scotch lock the original wire to another and place it in the fog light aperture? Where can I get the bits I need i.e. bulb holder etc? Any info would be greatly appreciated as I would really like to do this and I think in theory it should be a cheap and effective mod.
