Seeker V2 spoiler for EK shape


There is no claim started as of yet?? So that must be another customer, its not me.

I will send the old base plate back this weekend, it's no good as you see from the pics.

So please get a decent one out and ready to send.

it was you said "going to / will / put " a claim on ebay paypal...etc
i will get one test fit on a ek9 to make sure its good before sent out to you.
 
Post pics please. Especially of the fit to the glass, and the fit to the roof line, and if it catchs on the roof when opening or closing.
 
Such a shame theres issues with this and when spending so much on a spoiler its expected to work! Hope you can work to solve the fitment issues! If you can ill certainly be interested!
 
I still find it shocking Emperor are doing "replicas" what even is that?!?

It was'nt even out long and it was already ruined by actions like this!

U guys took alot of money off enthusiasts for genuine parts and then a few months after brought out copys at half the price!!

This is what is killing "cool" parts and ruining proper builds.

Was there a gap in the Rota market or something??

The baseplate is off, end and ready to be sent.

Have you test fitted another with pics to prove fit?

Have you test fitted the new baseplate yet? I have removed the one off the car and am waiting to send it when you have a new one ready.

I'm miffed I have to cover posting a faulty item back, and more miffed that you have not updated the thread even though you have been online.
 
On 14 i already ask you to sent it back. Im still waiting you to sent the old one back to me to test fit.

I dont have any up date now unti you sent the old one back.

If you still not happy whith this, please sent whole spoiler back and i will give you a full refund included postage.

Your ever changing story is annoying, I hope others can feel my frustrations!!

You said you could see from my pics the baseplate you supplied did not fit! You said you had another good one and would test fit it. You are now saying you want mine back to test fit, test fit it for what? My pics are quite clear.

I asked you to supply pics of the test fitted base plate on here, the new one you are going to send, not unreasonable I feel, I did as you asked and posted pics of the appaling fit of the base plate I received on here.

Please do as you said you would and test fit another base plate to ensure the one I get will fit properly. If you can't be bothered/ wont do this please say and I will just send the whole spoiler back.

than i test fit to find a good one for you and sent to you.

I assume you have not tried another base plate then? This is getting silly.

I think I will take up your offer now and I shall just return the whole spoiler. I will expect the postage I have to shell out to send this back to be refunded to.

Future customers beware I say!!!!

I'll charge postage as you charged me so £20

So when you receive it back I'll expect a refund of £270.00.

I am off tomorrow so will now wrap the main spoiler and baseplate together and send recorded delivery.

It will be collected tomorrow, I will post details when it's with the courier.
 
Ok I was busy so it was sent yesterday.

Tracked and on its way, will PM the tracking number to you.

I can post pics of the packaging if needs be, I'd go as far as to say it's better than how it was sent so there will be no issues with damage etc.

Should be with you by Friday.
