Shocking insurance...

Hey man, my first year of driving on my own policy with a 1.1 K reg. Fiesta I was £2000.

I seriously doubt that the car was worth £100 let alone 2k... :(

2K insurance on a 1.1??????

Thats beyond pathetic.

Its stupid that a 1.2 clio 52 plate on my own policy is £900, and a 1999 1.4 EJ9 is £2500+

All about statistics I guess

Honda always seem a dearer car to insure

Insurance has definetly gone up though, when i first passed i had 1.2 corsa was £800 to insure it, my bro on his first car also a corsa was about £1600 quinn was cheapest he could find too

Yeah, it was my first year and where I lived that affected it. Originally I lived in cornwall my insurance quote was a mere £1200 there. Along comes a job back where I used to live in the midlands and Boom, £2089 If I can recall!
