hi
what heat range spark plug is better to use
on a b18c dc2 engine with i/h/e bolt ons and ~11,8:1 cr ?

when my car was stock i was using ngk bkr7eix -11 spark plugs.
is it better to run one step colder since weather temperatures are almost 40c' and i'll use 95 octane fuel ?

http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/tech_support/spark_plugs/p2.asp

is it better to use a ''colder'' spark plug for a more ''agressive'' tune ?

Easy way to tell is pull out a spark plug after and inspect it. If its showing signs of breaking down or getting too hot then change to an 8 if its ok then don't worry.

How long have your plugs been in with this settup?

plugs have 6k i pulled one out today it looks good
3-4 threads are black
slight tanned porcelain
but tip is difficult to read on iridium plugs it looks on the hot side...
decided to go 8 heat range.
sorry for late response guys.
