Just changed my oil and filter and whilst i was waiting for oil to drain I checked the condition of the spark plugs....they were covered in carbon deposits 
all four plugs were the same. The plugs that are in at the moment are NGK heat grade 7, but also had a greddy logo on them. So i was just wondering which saprk plugs you guys use for your ek9's as something is clearly wrong with the ones in mine.
I have the little civic type r manual and in there (page 167) it states some numbers for spark plugs....NGK PFR7G-11, DENSO PK22PR-L11, no problems finding these to buy on the web, but there's no information about them. i.e. which car they are for.
