Will they fit together. I think they should as the standard back box bolts to standard b pipe and spoon so should be the same. And will it quieten it enough to keep a dickhead of a gaurd happy??

yes they will join together and it should be a good bit quieter alright with the oem backbox, have you been asked to change your system??

Yea was told to change it and I never did and hoped they forgot and told me to get it done by sunday or they taking the car. I really hate gaurds.

Have oem back box now so might try it on tomorrow.

Yea spoon b pipe, spoon n1, spoon mani and de-cat so was loud but at the time they pulled me over I was going easy and was not making much noise.

will fit as the n1 fits direct to oem b pipe. have u not got an n1 silencer bung??

do you no what the db level is for your system? i'll be in the same boat as yourself if i get pulled over as my system has no silencer a tall, its straight from the mani to the n1 :D

from what i've read, they dont make much difference, the only drop the noise by a few db

get a twinloop just sold my 5zingen and bought a twinloop catback as i was pulled as well more than happy with it now just quiet.

i have the full spoon system & when i fitted the bung it made f**k all of a difference to the noise of it. it just made it sound a bit deeper

definately do. have one there for my n1, big enough difference

I have a bung for my n1 but it does quieten it a small bit but makes it sound so **** if you ask me in low revs.

Now have standard back box and spoon b pipe and the cat back in. Surely is very quiet anyway.

The bungs are not what they are made out at all! They drop a few db on the reader but i think theres just people making a nice profit selling them to everyone who has a lod exhaust!!

i was going to get a bung for my spoon n1 but after reading this it's a no no.
does the bung quieten the exhaust by a lot when on the motorway?

YES, ridiculously so.

going through the gears the raspyness is horrilbe up to 3000RPM but then its really quiet if you ask me.

at motorway speeds i floored it at 4000RPM and honestly it was not much louder than stock..
it seems that the silencer was made for motorway speeds as anything below 3500Rpm its raspy and not that much quieter.

i actually got my bung to stop the droning at Idle when i go to work early or come home late..
when i got it i stuck it in the exhuast with the car on and it kills pretty much all the droning.

Tell you what in the next couple of day's i'll get a video.
watch out for a thread titled "Spoon N1 with and without Bung"
