supersprint manifold for b16a

hi, i have an ek4 vti

i can get a used supersprint manifold for £130 and its stainless steel and mint condition, was wondering if anyone on here has any experiance with them?

Hi mate had one on my EG6 SiR2. Id say made very noticable difference bellow Vtec as it seemed more torquy from 2k up and Vtec didnt come in with as much of a bang as it was already pulling quite well but once in the higher revs i.e 7-8k it didnt seem to make a mega difference no loss just not noticable gain, but id say its a perfect upgarde for a street B16a used on back roads an small tight circuts.

My EG6 managed a 14.22 with just a Supersprint 4-2-1, full system and the rear seats removed so id say its defo a good manifold to have. And at £130 thats prity good.
