Scrap. How old r they? Stick to plain discs far better job.

They are of a very poor design . Very deep grooves (~50%) of the disc face that lead out to the edge every 10-15deg.
Not surprised in the slightest they failed .. I would push for store credit instead of replacements.

they are 6000 km old
which discs do you guys use?
oem honda allways gets destroyed

Had problems with those same discs around 11 years ago on one of my CRX VT`s.

Disc ended up warped and my calipers had no problems which seemed strange, Tarox did replace them after a lot of emails/phone calls.

I hate the situation, because its the first time I have returned from the nurburgring, with strait discs. and then finding out they crack instead :(

I dont know how to say it in english, but they get bend (?) so they are not strait , and the whole car is shacking when braking

The problem is with the pads you are using . The Ds2500 are a nightmare for leaving patchy transfer on the discs , which gives you a warped (not straight) disc feeling . They aren't abrasive enough then to clean the disc afterwards unless you do some brutal braking.

You need to buy better pads eg: the carbone lorraine RC5+ , best road/track pad out there.. .They are abrasive enough to ''clean'' the disc so no transfer problems but wear them prematurely..

Spend more on the pads and less on the discs..

Pretty sure it was the discs that Got ruined
Where do you buy Carbon loraine pads?

As darragh says. Get better pads, I've got carbon Lorraine rc6 alittle more aggressive than the 5's that darragh suggested, no vibration or pad transfer at all, and very good braking ability!

What he means is tiny parts of brake pad get stuck on the disc when they get hot, this won't happen with the pads suggested, plus they are better pads anyway.

I have cheap mtec discs. Have lasted so far.

Never had a problem with warping on normal Honda discs using the Carbone Lorraine pads on the rally EK9 and that receives brutal braking abuse. I would listen to everyone's advice and change the pads...
