Hi all. Last year I brought a pair of m factory driveshafts, I did less than 1000 miles on them and the outter boot failed. I got in contact with them and they sent me 6 replacements so no problem there. I got them repaired at a garage, all good but since then I've done less than 500 miles and its split again.
It's not because anything is catching or poor drive shaft angles, has anyone else had problems or know of any cures, it's doing my heading cleaning grease off the underside of my car and engine bay every few hundred miles.
Thanks.

Are you sure the driveshafts are working as intended? Seems to be all sorts of problems with aftermarket driveshafts, no matter how reputable the manufacturer.

is your front forks on the right way round? could be catching on those. i know its unlikely but no harm in checking.

i have mfactory shafts and whilst they do look as though they rub the fork at times the boots have been fine

check forks as elchunk said

Good idea.... Bolt goes to the back doesn't it??
I've even got extended lower ball joints to help the angles of the drive shafts, just beats me why they keep going!!

Yeah ok I will. I used my car on Saturday but I'll try and get the wheel off during the week.

I think u hav the folk arm around the wrong way, I've done it before it does damage cv boots
