The base car - PY 98spec ITR (OEM Airbox, 98spec manifold, Fujitsubo Catback, TEGIWA Decat)

We did 5 different combination runs

Base car 197.4bhp & 141.7ftlb
Base car + TEGIWA Whale***** Intake +3.4bhp & +0.6ftlb
Base car + TEGIWA Airbox +5.0bhp & +3.3ftlb
Base car + TEGIWA Manifold +7.2bhp & +0.9ftlb
Base car + TEGIWA Manifold & Airbox +10.2bhp & +2.2ftlb

The above figures are peaks - see the graphs for other area's
Remember these results are literally back to back runs with zero tuning in between. In a few weeks we will do a few more runs with Cam Gears & Hondata S300

Looks good. Have they been tested on a car for any power gains?
 
are copies from any well known header ?
the b series it looks like a toda to me.
 
Well I would like to buy one for my B16b, but lett other go before me, so I can get to know from their experience.

Quick update... Dyno tests in the morning!!!!!

The B-series is going on a near stock UK ITR
However its up against...

5zigen 4-2-1,
JDM 98spec 4-1,
UK dc2 OEM 4-2-1,
Mugen 4-1 (maybe)

Wish i had a JDM 96spec/EK9 header but we dont at the mo

The k20 is a Toda replica too

Can't wait for the results

I need a manifold bad as my 98 spec dc2 4-1 is badly dented on the two lower primaries
 
I have both of these genuine TODA for my ek9 and DC5. They look similar but cannot compare to the original -eg. joints. And some of the runners diameter look off.

Nonetheless, if it makes the most power out of all in the test, then it should be a great catch as we all know TODA would trump/destroy all those listed in the comparison.

i can't wait for results to this, a manifold is the next thing on the shopping list so it's one of these or a 5zigen one...
 
The quality looks quite good and the mani overall looks awesome. What size is the collector? Certainly interested in purchasing one when you have them available.
