Its JDM since speedo is in km/h. Maybe its from an ek3/ek4? the ones with a 1.6 engine(vti).

It looks similar to the one in my non vtec coupe but mine redlines at around 7k. Must be from an import vti

vti dont have a rev limit of 9K, it came from an EK with b16 engine

jdm specs had speedo up to 180kmh.
its from some EK4 (with B16 in it), but euro EK4 had red needles and red lettering (96-97) or white lettering (98-00).
this cluster has same colouring as EJ9 (white needle, white lettering, blue outline), but tacho is redlined from 8200 (like EK4).
