Some great progress! I wish I could get things done like this to mine!

Wow nice progress!
Engine swap on the horizon?

Nice progress buddy. Loving the sir front end. Will look nice and fresh after its visit to the cosmetic surgeon ;)

lookin' good :nice: will look sweet once the wheel gap is reduced, and handle much better if you get decent coilovers :)

Good start, thunder grey is the best colour. Where did you get the sir front lip?

Thanks mate, I purchased the front lip from Spirit9, fitments is Ok, slightly too big though...

Nice! Thunder grey is a great oem colour! Good luck getting insured with an engine swap as a new driver though. I remember wanting to swap mine when I had just passed but insurance companies were having none of it!

Very nice looks amazing :nice:

Needs facelift rear lights to finish the back end

looks well lad alot of money and effort spent on this car thunder grey sets off every car

Looks good mate, if the engine is coming out spray the bay with a nice fresh respray a grubby bay doesn't look right!! Also it's crying out for them mudflaps to be binned and a rear oem lip then it'll be perfect :)

Thanks mate :) yeah insurance will be ridiculous however the b16 isnt going in for a while yet purely for that reason I just couldnt insure it with it in.

Thanks dude, not having facelift rears though as just spent a load of money on preface ek9s lol, I prefer prefacelift lights though tbh.

Right then I suppose its time to update this with whats been happening… Car failed its MOT as I thaught it would so it had alittle bit of work done on it to get it through..

Part of the mot fail was one of the ball joints was nackered and wouldn’t have been long before it actually snapped so ended up replacing both of them and while we was at it we managed to fit the 282 front setup and braided hoses. Still have the rear to do yet…

Going to give the calipers a refurb at some point!

Next up I won a set of preface lift vti doorcards on eBay for £9.99 which have now replaced my old facelift ones that had seen better days

After this I discovered somebody had hit the back of my car and scraped all my bumper so I ended up having this repainted again..

Next up I baught a Carbon spoon style spoiler from a member on here! Few pics

Lastly heres the big one! Finally got round to fitting my meisers, looks so much better now its lowered, Only Got a few during pics -

Lower even on the jack!

So that’s where we are up to now. Thanks C&C welcome!
