Reading man, 67, struck by car while crossing Lancaster Avenue
Pedestrian Struck, Seriously Hurt In Southwest Reading

This happened to me on thurs 10-22-09. Me and the guy ended up in the same hospital the cops told me he's gonna be ok he has a broken leg but he'll be ok.....but it still bothers me even if i wasn't at fault.

i put so much time into it....what am i gonna do now?
 
fix it mate looks like all you need is windowscreen and bumper,or is subframe or anything bent cant see it tho
 
i think its able to be fixed but im just going to let it go and get an integra probably
 
Very sorry for your loss. Glad both of you guys made it alright. But on a good note, at least you're not RHD. :p
 
wow dude! That guy is lucky to onle have minor damage. hope all is good with the rebuild.IF you choose. I really like it. It was a real nice ride!!

I crashed my first EK9 mate, so when I say I know how it feels - I really mean it! Im not going to say its ok and all the bullshit that I didnt like hearing. Try your best to take a break from thinking about it, I know its very hard but I got a lot of sleepless nights afterwards. You've been in an accident and will be suffering from shock - in a couple of weeks time have a good sit down and price up the parts if you want to repair the car or possibly look into buying another.

I hate to say it but as soon as the roof is damaged the car is usually a write off due to strength of the remaining structure etc. The reason I said repair? above is if you wanted to turn her into a drag/track only car.

What insurance company are you with? And are all your mods declared?

ANY help with anything mate dont hesitate to PM me, whether its for a chat or parts let me know - we cant help if you dont ask.

Hope the person(s) involved are all ok aswell!

i'm glad to hear both parties are ok though, it's just a terrible shame about the motor.

i hope you manage to get something sorted soon :)
 
:eek: damn! hope you get something sorted, was it an ek9? i cant see the recaros? could take most the bits off that and put them on a new one?
 
Glad you are ok... im surprised that the old man gave your car such as big impact.....not to be mean but i really hate those people that walk across the streets without thinking or when the vehicles have the green lights. They think that we should always yield to them no matter what... there are a lot of this kinda people live around my area , i always have to watch out for them... they are pissing me off. :angry:
 
too take your mind off your car , think how lucky you and the other guy are to be alive .
