Thanks, I've also got a K20 which both B-series cannot match haha
 
apexi power FC can be picked up cheap if your lucky too, i presume that`s what ecu you mean buy PFC?
 
i am gonna hook my innovate LM1 wideband up to my ek9 this weekend and do a power run,, i am defo interested to see the stock A/F ratio graph now after reading all this.....

Yes Its tuned with a Power FC + Commander controller.

Before you get your car tuned, make sure you get a power run of your stock ecu first before the tune, like what I did.

Then the gains are more precise and have a much better comparison as reference for the tuner.

Otherwise, the tuner will think he did a good job without any reference to challenge his skills. In other words, makes him do a better job :naughty:

I dont get all that unburnt fuel popping out my exhaust now too!
 
should be even better on fuel now then, i find my ek9 quite good, except when i`m going flat out,


sorry to keep asking questions but did your tuner have the apexi software,
or tune off the hand commander,

i`ve always found using the hand controller a ballache as you have to remeber what blocks you wanted to edit then go to editing and then back to display again, my mate had one on his RX7,,

Ive got five instock right now in ecus if your after one. Do you have an ecu for it to go into?

2x JDM square cased
2x Rectangular OBD1 with BBG circuitry in place
1x Remanufactured Show/(used to be a Limited version)

just a toda header, and hopefully a mugen style airbox, :nice: looking forward to widening teh powerband by lowering the vtec a tad,,, :nice:

:wow: nice choice of parts. A local b16a with toda C cams had gained an extra 20whp with just the toda header swapped over from the JDM OEM 4-1 tuned setup. That includes tuning again after toda swap ofcourse.
 
Hmm..TODA.

Might have to invest in one before I get a HONDATA S300 tune.
