Tyre size/gearing question

Just after your thoughts on my gearing, how does the graph compare to an ideal setup on your track cars? The blue line is what I was considering changing too tyre wise as it will give me more arch clearance than I currently have. This is with a 4.4 FD, I had a 4.2 in previously and was hitting approx 110mph in 4th from memory.

13" wheels like the old CRX moon wheels will work with small calipers...but you will be dragging ass with the underside. I autox'ed with this setup...very quick.

Any thoughts on the graph? 40mph in 1st seems a bit high but then again who revs the car to the redline in 1st...
