My order is not large so just to note, a little extra would not hurt.
 
yeah my order isnt large either just seat rails i mean if need be barry i really dont mind paying a little more just to get them if thats whats needed to be done let me know anyway Barry

I didnt read that no, and im not exactly complaining, just putting my input...

I have bought from many many companies over the years and normally after a couple of days i receive a confimation E-mail stating when the item has been dispatched and when i should expect delivery....... But have heard nothing and its the 10th day now....

Im not judging you or the company itself, but as a customer i am allowed to give my input. Im not saying i wont shop again, but this stuff does make you think before "should i go else where before i comit to buyiing"
 
not jumping on the "band wagon" here as i know Bazza has done some
good things for customers on this forum

speaking on behalf of my friend who is also a member,he placed an order
for a couple of t-shirts way back at start of september,one was for me
as a birthday present as mine is end of september:)

was into october before he recieved 1 item so short 1:((
has phoned numerous times and still aint got his goods and it now end
of jan!
i know he just got fed-up being let down so just gave up on false promises!

i know its only a small item and im not posting just because it was an item
for me,be nice to get a quick call or pm just to keep the customer informed :secret:

i know its a hard time for most so i understand in some ways!

The man already said he will make everything right :nice: Stay positive, while we are all waiting for parts this mans livelihood is in question, his ability to put food on his families table is in jeopardy and it seems he is trying to handle this as best as possible, i can understand not wanting to charge the customer more, being in parts sales in the past myself i can see most people getting VERY upset over this. However these are not normal times and people should understand this. I see no problem in giving a customer the option of paying the difference to get there parts sooner or waiting and letting you sort it out, some people don't mind paying extra, i know because i am one of them ;)

If this is the order I am thinking of I got let down by my Skunk2 suppliers (hence why we no longer sell it - exp to the buyer) and ordered Mugen T-shirts instead. I sent one Mugen T-shirt and he changed his order to Jun. I also sent some freebies to make up for the slowness. The last batch of T-shirts that came in were Japanese XL (about our medium) so I re-ordered to fit UK L/XL.

I'll drop your mate an email to the email address he used to order.

Who have you ordered from in this business? I've been buying these parts as a consumer when a lot of you were playing with Power Rangers! Not to be patronising but I am getting on a bit now:D

I've waited months for brake pads before - and even longer for brake kits and coilovers. Its just the way this business is. I could sell 3-4 brands and pile it high. But that's not my business model.

Compare our website to any website in the industry and it makes them all look pathetic. POA listings, no prices, page links not working, not been updated in 2 years etc.

I would love to take all these comments on board to action it but before I do please consider the following:

Its just me here! Not a team of people. If any of you have worked for any major importer of goods you'll understand the amount of work to do to run a LEGAL importing business. Goods in/out, packing, cashflow management, invoicing, general financing work, dealing with suppliers overseas, customs etc. The list goes on and on.

VTEC Direct took over a year to develop and setup to enable us to be different to all the other companies out there selling the same old Buddy Club and Spoon.

Would you rather receive an email confirmation (you should have received an email confirmation from the site when you ordered anyway outlining the order, order number, payment details etc) and we sell the same old crap or have a website selling thousands of rare parts? We were processing so many orders on a daily basis the amount of work that generates is huge.

Either way - I am looking forward to leaving the business and having a holiday. Whether I will stay around Honda forums is another thing. Too many bridges burnt and a lot of love lost.

And i complete appiciate your situation but as from a buyers perspective, i dont know you personally and i will only treat you as a "seller" and without being rude its no-ones problem what problems you have...... And i really dont mean that rudely....

I bought an item from your buisness, as far as im concerned all i care about is receiving that item and being kept up to date with the order, I dont need to know all the ins and outs...

I work for a family buisness so i know exactly how "Customer satiscfaction" works and the way a client should be treated. Our problems are no-one elses.

I would just like to know when i should expect delivery or at least wear my order stands? When is it being shipped etc etc.....

I really hope you can understand what im saying and havnt taken offense :)
 
I am still a little confused about the oil order, thats the only one you have not answered. Have bought some Oil elsewhere as I needed to change the stuff.
Can one still order stuff or have you stopped taking orders in?

I know there is a return at my old unit that came in yesterday - maybe that's the oil. I will confirm today Winston.
