Hi was wondering if anyone out there could help me on this, wether you love it or hate I have fallen in love with this bumper and want one on my civic. Is it available to by anywhere or has some one done some custome work to create it and make it fit ?

Cheers for any advise.

BYS bumpers are £1500 off vtec direct

you can get replicas for about £300 off a vendor on this site

Spirit9 sell them for around £200 delivered without the carbon lip and just shy of £300 delivered with the carbon lip I think! Seen the deal over on civiclife today :nice:

Do you know the details of the vendor that's sells replica BYS bumpers ? I might be talking crazy gibberish out loud but would it be possible with out extreme custom modification to fit a mugen carbon lip on the BYS front bumper ?
 
A lip on a bys bumper just isn't right

Better off with the carbon lipped one as they're perfect that way

Not sure just look in the vendors marketplace mate, there was one come up forsale in the for sale section awhile ago aswell mate so thats worth checking aswell mate :secret:

Yeah a real BYS with the carbon/Kevlar lip for the money the cost putting a lip on it would be painting gold silver, I was thinking more about a cheaper replica BYS bumper. Has anyone done it before ? Should probably save the money anyways for the b18 conversion lol ..... But these bumpers do look pretty :D
 
Is it not PPW that do the replicas that are meant to be a really good fit. Can get them with carbon lip for £300 and iirc £230 with the plain bottom one

Could give it a shot with a rep so it isn't to expensive if it doesn't look good with the extra lip

You could probably do it with some modification. It would look ****, but I'm sure it's possible.
