What engine mounts shall i get?

Ok got d14 slamming my b18c6 in there, i used oem mounts last time but there was quite alot of movement so im going to get aftermarket billet ones probaly.

Can anyone reccomend me? decent priced brand and where to get them?
Also ive been told i need a oem mount that goes onto the gearbox its like a bracket? some people say you need it other people say with aftermarket mounts you dont need it.
 
pretty sure with billet engine mounts you dont need the lower torque mounts ?

with upgraded engine mounts 62A and above you don't need the gearbox torque mount. that's the way mine is and its solid with next to no movement.
as for manufacturers id recommend hasport or innovative.
 
I have innovative 75a billet mounts in my dc2, don't have either tourqe mounts and there's no movement
 
Ah thanks guys, didnt realise it was called the tourqe mount. Where would be the cheapest to pick some up?

Do you have 62a in yours without the Torque mounts?

Still undecided on what to fit as I hate vibrations.
 
I have 62. Engine will move without the torque mounts, I even had to stuff them full of windscreen bond to stop the engine moving under hard starts. Personally I wouldn't run without the torque mounts unless your at race spec mounts. All IMO.
 
Im running 75A innovative mounts with no lower torque mounts and it shakes my car so much my teeth have fallen out.
 
Cheers guys so its worth me getting a lower torque mount? aswell as billet mounts 62 or 75?
 
Cheapest place to pick them up? worth getting from buddy club vendor on here?
 
75 and you'll get alot of vibration. The dash in my teg vibrates, you put something light on the dash while it's running, it will jump off.

Pussies, bollocks to all this 62a, 75a soft **** I'm rocking out with 90a and don't intend on running torque mounts, with only two mounts the engine moves less than stock with all five in place!!!!!!
