3-4years ago my dad had a Mitsubishi Evo 8 FQ 340 mr :win:

I miss this car, loved it and amazing power :nerv:

And one day my dad decided to overtake a lorry, but somehow he spun out, car went flying into the air, into a tree and kept rolling..

Luckily my dad survived, crawled out the window....surprisingly he had no major injuries, just afew bruises here and there and a really sore back :shocked:

It was a very nice car dude and your dad is very lucky he walked out alive

That is really bad, the important thing is your dad's ok, I really like these cars and to see it like that hurts
 
I'm surprised he walked out myself after seeing the car like that as well. But luckily the evo shell is solid, if it was any other car then who knows the outcome!
 
Spinning an Evo when overtaking? Christ. Very lucky to walk away from that. Always get a shiver when I see a wreck like that.

That was my dad's story lol, whether it was the truth or not i have no idea.. But when the police checked it, apparantly the tyre's were bald which could of been a reason it spun out :shocked:
 
im after some evo 8 seats....they still ok?? lol bad crash tho!

Hes not had any nice car's since as my family hasn't been financially good, but i do remember him saying he wanted another evo 8 lol what a crazy fook!

Haha, if i had my car when he crashed it, i think i'd take the seats and everything else myself! :p

Not saying he's a liar fella :nice: The tyres certainly wouldn't help. AWD will mean ****all if there's no grip under the tyres!

No worries i was just saying :p but not sure about others but i find his story dodgy myself lol he said he was only going 60ish as well iirc!
