What to pay for a 9?

I'm possibly looking to sell mine if the price was right!
I have had her for 5 years now, no mods, I am the 2nd UK owner with 84k miles.
New 12 month MOT 3 weeks ago with a brand new stainless steel exhaust fitted 2 months ago.
Not done an add yet but can send you full details and spec early next week if you wish.
 
I think it's a struggle to buy any ek in good nick whether it be 4 or 9. I looked at 12 or 13 before I bought my SiR.
 
I ended up paying 4900 for mine in the end and its pretty mint
Low mileage and pre face.
 
I've a pretty special Jordan if it would interest you, not your run of the mill civic
