which retainers?

kms engine development sell retainers pretty cheap.
which material is best aluminium, titanium or chromoly steel? i did hear once that Ti retainers only last a 'short while' but dont know how true that is.
Pro's and con's of each please anyone?

Don't bother with " pretty cheap " go for a well known brand that has been proven to work well and last..

I'd have a look at companies like JUN, BUDDYCLUB, FERREA, SUPERTECH...

well iv already replaced the previously cracked ones with oem but they cant handle it, maybe the problem lies elsewhere but what? read my other related thread which youve posted in already (why do my retainers keep cracking?).

Not been funny but Modding engines can't be done on the cheap. All these cheap Chinese parts are nothing but hastle....

Either spend the money or leave it stock or it will turn into one big nightmare. It can be hard enough with proper parts let alone "sh!t".

im going to go with chromoly steel retainers instead, after all the farce iv been through (very very lucky twice) with failing retainers.
