Sorry if this is an old question but some people just dont seem to be able to help me.
Will willwood 309x32 fit under my team dynamic pro race 1's, there 15'' et35.????
Thanks.

I know Dunsy fitted 300mm discs with ATR calipers under pro 1.2 but he had the grind abit off the calipers to make them fit. As far as I'm aware the Pro 1 have better clearance but whether there clear that bigger disc I'm not sure. You asked Freaky??

Yeah i have but no firm answer. Im sure dunxs had willwood 309s under pro 1's before but when i asked him he didnt confirm either, im not willing to take the gamble and i dont want 16's either.

Im currently getting this done, you can "make them" fit if you know someone or have knowledge!

How do you mean "make" them fit, they either do or dont.

If you want a practical answer. No they don't fit. But on my ek4 you drill the discs, grind a few Mm off the calipers and carriers and "make" them fit under 15" with just enough clearance.

I think your getting confused, im not after ATR brakes,
Im only interested in willwoods, and i certainly WONT be grinding those calipers, or redrilling discs.

Anyone able to help, surely someone runs what im after???

iirc, freaky said with 15" pro race 1s, with 30-35 et, they will clear his 309.5mm x 32mm superlight kit.

He wasn't 100% sure with 1.2's however - but did say there's no reason they shouldnt fit (looking at the dimensions)

Ok brilliant, this is what im after, yeah i have pro race 1's, if i need to space out a few mm i can do but i am et35 so should be great.
Cheers wazer.

309 dia disc? Thats pretty Large! I have a 295 AP racing kit on mine and the calipers are tight to Pro Race 1.2's

Yeah in pro race 1.2.
Im running the pro race 1's they have larger brake clearance so i hear. Im just TRYING to make sure the 309's fit. It seems they do.

Not the sound stupid but couldn't you measure the inside diameter of your wheels and get freaky to measure the complete diameter of the caliper and disc?

tres bon idea, i'll send dimensions off to them, but peoples are saying they will fit.

Haha cheers, Cant believe I only just throught of it. I'm sure they will but a least that way you can be sure.

I would say the 309 disc will fit below the wheel it'l be the caliper will be mega close to touching!! It will have to sit crazy far in on the disc.

Was just going to say that :) I've got a template for the 298.5mm kit which you can print out and cut around. Then just add an extra 5mm on the template to give you the extra.
Let me know your email address if you want me to send it over.
