Winter tyres.

Been after a set of the more pricey range, more because they had plenty of reviews, couldnt get them in the end, so I have been running these for a couple of weeks now, in 195/50/15, H rated (115mph), approx £320 from Mytyres.

Its my first proper winter set, so none to compare to but so far a solid performer, snow & slush are easily tackled, especially on hills! Stocks are low on any winter tyre at the moment, but if you have spare rims, its well worth it

i will defo need to look into getting a set of these for whatever honda i have by next winter as i live in the countryside and the snow gets really deep and slushy as well. The only thing my family are relying on right now is my evo

Tried one winter with some Falken ESPIA studless M+S winter tyres. I didnt get along with them but then this was 4 years ago, the winter wasn't any where near as bad as the past two we've had. If we get anymore snow could be persuaded to give them another go.

I do find having a LSD a big help when we have snow/ice.
