Been after a set of the more pricey range, more because they had plenty of reviews, couldnt get them in the end, so I have been running these for a couple of weeks now, in 195/50/15, H rated (115mph), approx £320 from Mytyres.

Bridgestone Europe

Its my first proper winter set, so none to compare to but so far a solid performer, snow & slush are easily tackled, especially on hills! Stocks are low on any winter tyre at the moment, but if you have spare rims, its well worth it :win:

i will defo need to look into getting a set of these for whatever honda i have by next winter as i live in the countryside and the snow gets really deep and slushy as well. The only thing my family are relying on right now is my evo :p

Tried one winter with some Falken ESPIA studless M+S winter tyres. I didnt get along with them but then this was 4 years ago, the winter wasn't any where near as bad as the past two we've had. If we get anymore snow could be persuaded to give them another go.

I do find having a LSD a big help when we have snow/ice.
