Don't worry not for me :)
Brother span a shell at the ring last weekend, so needs a new engine.

Can take either bottom end or whole engine.

The k20 tends to throw a lot of the oil from the sump up with the timing chain... Just for next time let him know that its good practice to overfill the k20 by about 300ml to prevent oil starvation on track

Thanks for the tip, he's got a baffled sump but I'll make sure he overfills aswell next time.

It depends how the sump is baffled.. I seen a thread from a U.S. forum and people were finding that with the likes of the clockwise baffle kit that they were actually loosing oil pressure on high G turns and they discovered that sumps that have specific baffling around the timing chain area work better for oil surge..

This is why I chose the Mugen baffled K20 sump.. It only has baffling around the chain area and is supposed to work very well

Yeah his has baffling around the chain area although it appears to have caught on something.

Still looking for an engine. If anyone knows of any around £900 then if you could point me in the direction would be cool.
I need my brothers car off the driveway, ek9 needs mods lol

Ok just read the post I have engines mate if your still after one mate ? :)

Yeah its for my brother.
PM on its way.
