Engine and box are in.
Gearbox was a right ball ache to fit. No location dowels on the block and for some reason it just wouldn't sit on properly.
Managed to tease it on with alittle tension on the bolts(not good practice) but I think the bolts had been over tightened before and I've managed to pull the threads clean out of two of the gearbox bolts whilst I was tightening them down. Will get a tap and try and sort it out in situe. I'm 95% that it will hold up fine anyway.
I've got all gears and the clutch appears to work so should be ok only issue could be the pilot bearing in the flywheels been pushed out. Will make a nice racket if it has and I'll know what it is so just a gamble I suppose.
Just gearbox brace, driveshafts, turbo system, fill up oils and coolant then should be good to give it a test run.
Hopefully it will go smoother tomorrow and I'll be able to say I've got a working car again.
