I ran my b18 in for 10 miles put it on the dyno and then straight to its first race. Never missed a beat until it destroyed a bearing and rod at the last event of the year which was more my fault 9500k and swung it in to a corner wasnt worth changing to 3rd so kept it in 2nd bloody gear...

Yes less drag in the oil plus lighter so spins up faster same as a lightened flywheel

Its a full race engine so bit less weight will help

My crank is goosed so need a new one. To buy it then send it of to get lightened would cost a fortune. Im looking to buy one already done but cant find a company that makes them anymore
