b16a2 complete conversion

hello .... looking to start my project soon ( well on the engine's behalf ) im looking for a b16a2/b with about 90,000 miles max ... i want everything for the conversion (nothing special just so i can drop it in and play) ecu , loom , gearbox etc etc ......

but if it comes to me having to buy everything septate what do i need for the whole conversion ? im not looking for high power i just want it in and done ...

any rough prices , good place to look , just anything !!

i just sold my full jordan engine with only 55000 on it :( that sounded if it would have been perfect for u! Im sure theres a few b16b's for sale on the forum right now! u will pay more for a b16b compared to a b16a its really up to personal preference and how much money ur wanting to spend!
 
hey fella , cheers fot that but my mate alex with jordan 441 is about to take his out ... engine , gearbox and ecu .. 500 quid ... will have to buy a few things including rebuild as it does have 140,000 miles on the clock tehehe ! x

£500 is alot for a b16a2 with 140,000 on the clock in need of a rebuild!
I'll have a complete SIR2 B16A2 for sale in a week or so, looking for around £700, has 60,000 on the clock! Have a think and let me know mate
 
yeh i seen his car on civicjordan. I sold mine for £700 with everything, seeing this price now i regret not asking for more :( yeh a rebuild would be the best idea, maybe put some nice tuning parts in as well ;) good luck with the new engine when u get it :)
 
hey jimbo ' yeah it is allot off miles but im doing a full rebuild and upgrading bits and bobs through the meantime .... plus i know the engine have never been truly been beaten and he warms it up everytime before he goes anywhere .....

and jordan 101 , yeah his is pretty tidy i must say ! and yeah dude a rebuild is the top priority but dont want to go completly full wack seeing as i eventually want a k swap once im use to the car with a bit off power ..... and cheers fellas x
 
No probs thats why i sold my b16a as with the mileage being so low it was at the top end of the market in terms of value :) i am in the middle now of doing a k20a swap into mine :) just dont rush into doing a k swap, costs a fortune lol
 
hahaa yeah its going to happen in a few years but personally want to stick it in either a jordan or a eg :) .... pocket pinching things aint they eh !
