Interesting thread and some usefull information
I am having a similar issue but I need to get an AFR reading on my car first and take it from there, this thread will hopefully answer some questions i'm likely to face..
@ deb1991 as mentioned already daz @ DNR and Romain have had nothing but positive feedback I know i'll be contacting either one of those two when I come to get mine remapped
as previously mentioned i might put a fpr on and raise the pressure and get the afr read. or just take it to daz to get it remapped on chrome pro. heard bad and good things about chrome pro...
Ectune & Neptune are brilliant software if you not one of there "i must have a s300" people.
Rember a STD b18 dynode nowadays would not get over 190 in the real world. More like 185. You won't get 20 hp from a mani!!yep, i think the rmf has caused a big power gain, great manifolds. going to enquire about a remap now, any reccomendations on who to choose?

don't buy a VAFC2 to tune your AFR
If your only wanting to tidy up the fuelling then a adjustable FPR and Vafc/Neo will suffice obviously a mapped ecu would be better than a piggyback so all depends what your budget is. The Vafc II has 12 points of fuel correction and Neo 16points, you'll want to raise the fuel pressure till you get in the region of where you want to be then just use the air/fuel controller to fine tune
thats correct, my budget isnt really that big, and the guy who i would be taking it to has done it before, so he knows his stuff. i just want the vehicle not running lean at all...
