-should i replace my piston rings with new oem ones before i turbo or can i get away without it?
-which thicker gasket should i get?which brand too?
-im thinking the turbonetics kit on ebay, is that good enough?
also i just want to have a 2.5' full exhaust.
-do i have to buy new injectors,fuel pump and boost controller?
-should i buy an apexi neo and have the ecu tuned?or can i just have the ecu tuned (lower vtec perhaps too?)

OEM pistons are fine, you should do a compression and leakdown test to make sure everything is healthy. Cometic makes some great head gaskets for about $90 I believe you can get .060 which should brig your CR down to about 9.5:1 depending on if you have pr3 or p30 pistons in there.
Turbonetics kit is kind of old and... well not the best to be honest, it will get the job done but there is better for the price, like the Edelbrock kit, it uses a superiour Garrett GT turbocharger.
New fuel pump would not be a bad idea, like a walbro 255HP, injectors you will need to upgrade, RC550cc should be big enough.
Apexi NEO is worthless for turbo applications, a proper ems would be much better like Hondata S200/S300, Power FC, AEM EMS etc...
