Civic Jordan #228 (B18C track build)


It will just look like another EK9 clone with white wheels on IMHO. But as I said before - it's your car, do as you like :) I absolutely love those green wheels on the yellow car, I think it looks mad (in a good way!). If they were 5 stud I'd snap them up if you were selling. I might be painting my track wheels some silly colour, any suggestions lol?

Coilovers fitted and full geo set up done at Automek :nice:

Then some new tyres, went for the new uniroyal rainsport 3 and cannot fault them, so much grip in the wet!

Not had an update in a while... Few changes to the car!

Picked up a Jordan bumper and a genuine Y56 EK9 Spoiler. Was a bit fed up of the BYS bumper being black and now I think I might sell it as I am going for a different look with the car.







Gave her a nice clean, clay and wax



Picked up a harness bar off Ramsay :nice:



Also got 2 red 4point 3" strapped SRS harnesses.

Went to Banzai at Crail and got a few pics

Tonight I picked up a Carbon boot and fitted it (big thanks to MarkP for taking me and helping me fit it :nice: !!)





Will be a few updates coming soon, rear diffuser, front diffuser, custom wings and hopefully a Big ass spoiler soon.

Long term plans are when I come back my holiday in August to start collecting parts for a K swap so we will see how that plans out!

Got a RE Amemiya RX-7 rear diffuser!



Going to fit it tomorrow and hopefully start making up a front diffuser :)
 
new look is excellent man. much improved imo.

the lack of tints really makes the cage and wheels pop. carbon bootlid is also mega.
 
Thanks mate, I much prefer it as well looks cleaner.

The glass in the carbon bootlid is tinted but going to remove the tint today I think.
 
Today MarkP and I set about fitting the rear diffuser (hard to see in pictures looks better in person)



Went mad with a hole saw :nice:





Just need a big wing to finish the back off!
 
Awesome! How did you go about cutting those holes. Wanna do the same on mine but I worry I will balls it up! Lol

Masked the rear bumper so the hole saw grips it, measured and marked the holes out (didn't get a picture). Then just go mad with a hole saw !
 
So not done much in a while as I have been saving.

Bought a new dizzy, rotor arm, lambda and plugs for the car have it some TLC.

Now onto bigger things. I have put a deposit down on a B18C which I get at the end of September once it is out of my friends car, bought a Karui flywheel and OEM clutch off ijwhiteman, a big GT wing and also one of my close friends bought ijwhitemans cage but has decided to sell the car so I bought the cage off him :) a few pictures !!









Absolutely love the new cage! Will get more pics once the B18C arrives, will be cleaning the engine up and buying a LSD box before it goes into the car.

So should have some big updates soon :nice:
 
New cage is very cool. Doorbars make it feel much more race haha.
 
I miss it already!

Looks like it's gone to a great home!
