Small update

service now done using
-Mobil 10/40 oil
-Honda oil filter
-Ngk spark plugs
-Honda mtf
-Hel braided brake lines fitted
-Mfcatory magnetic sump plugs fitted

5Zigen manifold been cleaned up now a bit

Thats all for now, back calipers seem to be sticking so need to sort that out next :((
 
Well chaps, back calipers were seized afterall so had them replaced, discs skimmed and new pads fitted too, typical for that to happen just after doing the front discs and pads! Brakes feel really good now though.

The 2.5" 5zigen manifold resonated de-cat are now on too, car sounds alot better, much clearer note to it and no rasp has a nice little grunt about 3000rpm, here's a pic taken before the car was run and manifold changed colour :D

Thanks, i had a dc sports but it was 2.25" bore, i used 800 grit sandpaper, autosol and alot of elbow graese!
 
looks well mate. seen this out last night at ncp and it looked really nice. also i noticed it sounded deeper and less raspy.

Cheers! Ahh so is it you who has white ek9 with johns old red wheels on front?? seen it about few times but was never sure if you were on here or not

I was thinking of having it should fit my B18?

Just not Sure if the Bore would still restrict it take it thats why youve went 2.5?

Dont think it would be and good to you being honest, proably would restrict it as yours will be 2.5" already i think...or are uk spec tegs 2.25"" standard? Would best suit a b16a2

haha yeh thats the one. should have got thm refurbed a while ago but just been swamped with uni and exams. will give you a flash nex time i see you in town though :nice:
