Coilover reccomendations...

Sorry what I meant was 1.its alot for what is only a 1.4 just now and 2. For an 18 year old with a part time job,i know its not alot in the whole scale of coilovers.

im riding with d2's atm in my teg and im finding them a little bit soft so am going to buy the uprated springs for them.ive always bought d2's for my civics in the past and thought they are really good value for money.
i dont think mine are set up properly though at the mo so im goin to get it booked in and have it all done properly:)

have mister r's and d2's and both are good but id say the mister's would be better, well for me they are as i got harder spring rates for just track use,it wont be use on road much

i had bc on my old ek! awesome coilies!

i have cusco zero 2 just now, was considering get bcs again

It will be yes,if i can scrape 700 for buddys then i might get them, would be nice to buy BC's and still have change for LCA's etc though

hi mate i put in a second hand set of cusco coilovers over 2 years ago i gave 400 euro for them it was the best 400 ever i spent stif but not too much!!!

vtec6000 off her was in the car with me when he was mapen it ya can ask him if ya want!!!:D

I will eventually be doing track days, maybe next year with the d14 just for the fun of it,but will be getting B seried in time,£700 is a hella money for coilovers, worst thing is il have that money...and knowing me il impulse buy them!

£700 for bc's??

they are only about £500 then i bought mine from faz at funky power

sorry my bad^^^

miss read it.

Its cool man,tbh i think warranty will play some part in this,i cant seem to find any info on warrantys...which would lead me to believe they are pretty poorly covered?

I obviously dont drive hard enough on track, never felt the need for CO on the 9.

I am between cusco's or Meister's some of my friends told me about these...

Meister's are rated aswell, seem like the general feel is that BC's are a tad more rated than Meister's though...

I know they are more expensive but anyone with experiences with Tein coily's?

i got meister r s personal opinion, they are fantastic, my mate josh also had meister r s both of us got/had ek9s and i have done at least 3 track days on them, had nearly a year now to found them awsome to be honest, easy to adjust stiffness by top mounts not an issue, go track day make stiff before going home make softer highly recomended

Fair one! I had some on my 172 and the biggest bit of advice I could give is spend the MOST you can afford. I made that mistake.

I allways try to buy the best i can,but yes thanks, its a good bit of advice :nice:

Does anyone know how low u can drop a hatch on meister r's. I plan in filling my wheel gap with either 15s or 16s with slim tires. Also would you recommend these over tein superstreets and d2s?

Thanks in advanced

MeisterR Zeta-S drops by 80mm I been told, I have dropped mine on 15s at 60mm on MeisterRs, you cant beat them for price TBH and they are good in everyway.
