Coilover reccomendations...

Meister's are rated aswell, seem like the general feel is that BC's are a tad more rated than Meister's though...

Wuldnt say that mate.last year bc's become the new d2,every1 got them. But this year it seems meister r have the edge now.Well atm theres better deals with meister r.Id say go for the meister r's,i have d2's in my jordan and never really found them too bad, altho it was never a fully time road car.I have only drove the teg a couple of days with the meister's so cant really give to much feedback, only thing i would say is if your using it for road aswell get the 10,8 spring rates as i got 12,10 and it seems pretty hard.

I know they are more expensive but anyone with experiences with Tein coily's?

i had them on my supra, and my brother had them on his civic for a bit. we both hated them. my brother now runs d2's and im running buddyclub race spec. which are amazing imo.

I am just wondering, if you are speaking about D2's with street or track version?
I noticed, that a lot of people are saying that d2 are harsh! But I have seen that you are using a lot of semislick tyres and rarely ful slick tyres!
This is some very important question!(for the track on the track version)

I can't say anything about the street version.. But I like, that you can decide what springrate would you like... (I got 20kg front and 18kg on the rear in the pacage, and bought additional 16kg and 14kg spring rates-->thats just for racing use!)

Lol the D2 track suspenssion for the streets sales man has arrived.

Its an EJ9 1.4 owned by an 18 year old? I doubt its going to be doin many full all out track racing any time soon.

Iv had Tein Super Streets on my EG6, had them 2 years before being forced to sell an buy standard DC2 setup and i wish i had done it 2 years ago lol. I treid all sorts of different settings on the teins even bought some stiffer + softer springs and swaped around a bit but jus couldnt get it right they allways seemed too crashy for the roads.

I have used the D2's aswell but they felt much the same. They had a wider damper setting range but still felt too harsh not quite ballanced an controlled.

over both of these i find the standard ITR setup much more ballanced.

But seing as your after more lowering and slightly harder. The 2 options that seem to only get good reviews are the meister R's and BC's. Im yet to here a bad thing about the Meisters.

Have you considered a shock+lowering spring setup?? Like Spoons or Eibachs. With typeR, spoon or koni shocks? Think you would be surprise at how much of an allrounder setup you can get.

are you anything to do with d2 ?

No, nothing at all, just my racing club is the importer for slovenia, and I bought some d2's for track with 20,18,16 and 14 kg springrates for my circuit race eg6, which isn't finished yet...
My friend has some d2 streets, and doesn't complain about harsh ride at all...
Maybe we have so much better roads here in slovenia?!

So what you mean is you've bought some anodised undercar bling, but you've not actually driven it yet?
