these were fitted when the car was in japan.

removed because the ride is too firm (i suffer from back problems )

Yeah i thought so mate, it was just from this comment above i thought they may be Damping adjustable aswell.

Good coilovers though! track spec

If they are Zero 2's, you should be able to get it perfect for the road - if they came with the original 9F/5R springs, at damping: 1F/1R they are very pliable, at 1F/3R they are very close to stock feel. Got pics?
