I thought i would share my homemade twinloop exhaust.
I took the measurements from the Hytech Twin loop ,cause it's even more silent then a mugen twinloop. It uses a very big canister (8" diameter) and aprox 9-11" long depending on what aplication (Hb or Sedan/Coupe ).I made mine 8" in diameter and 10" long and it fits reallyy tight under my Hatchback.
Piping is 2.5" stainless everywhere even the exhaust Tip is 2.5" and i burned a nice blue color on it.I used a 180° U bend and a J bend for the reverse piping. For the piping that goes over the control arm i used 2 45° bends and some little pieces of straight piping.I'm gonna try to fit it under my Civic this weekend and get some exhaust sound video's.Most of the parts i used came from Dynoflow UK.

And here's the video :

YouTube - Homemade Twinloop

I love the sound of it ,it's much better then my previous Tenzo-R venturi fart can.It could be quiter if i used a 200 cel race cat and a better mid silencer.
Do not pay attention at the crappy launch ,launchcontrol needs to be reset and i wasn't trying to launch good

Thx guys ,it still sounds a bit raspy here yes ,there where some clamps touching the pipe in the back and that gave some rattle/ring sounds. This still is a D-series engine (D14) and they all are much more raspy sounding then a B-series engine. It's hard to get a d-series engine sound decent with a full open exhaust without getting raspy.
But i'm going to fab a new center exhaust with a bigger center muffler from Hytech exhaust and a better pre muffler/Cat replacement .Cause it's going to get louder when the Bisimoto header gets on there,so i need a little extra damping.

That's actually really nice sounding i think :)

Nice little project would love to see a dyno of this vs a genuine twin loop just for fun :p. Fair play for giving it a go.
