Driveshafts. help please.

had issues on track a few days ago and now need to replace mine. basically ive taken them apart and ive counted 26splines. what car do i need to use to replace them. integra ukspec or jdm??? pre face lift or face lift??? im also running a 5stud set up with a B18, if that makes any difference???

26 spline is any ek with a b series including ek9 pre and facelift,

edm and jdm integra type r's use the slightly larger 28 spline outer cv joints

didnt know this, i thought all b series were the same shafts?

Its only 98 spec JDM ITR DC2's that have larger outer CV's @ 36mm

All other B-Series shafts are 32mm (Civics & Integras anyway not sure about CRX)


[edit] the outer CV's are interchangable too so if you have a 98 spec ITR DC2 shaft but you need it to fit your EK4 hub just put an EK4 outer CV onto the ITR shaft.

To actually answer your question you need shafts from one of the following:

EK9
EK4
96 Spec ITR
UK Spec ITR
EG6
