When i am 17 i would like to buy an EJ9 and i was wondering what the rough price range's are for them now, with around 60k+ miles. Any ideas?

Cheers,
Elliott.

Ok, thank you fast reply mate. I have seen some for around £1,500, but there condition isn't anything special.

i got mine with 80k miles, pretty much mint condition, minus a few dings here and there for £950.

I had spent weeks and weeks checking autotrader/pistonheads/ebay daily. Good, cheap ones sell SO fast. soo you just gotta be quick. Im 17 as well and i know how it is, you got the money saved up and you just wana get one. But seriously holding out for a perfect one rather than blowing all of your money just because you want one now is the best thing to do. I nearly bought a complete heap just because it was the first one i saw. after about a month of looking i finally got mine and im soo happy i held out for a good one.

Good luck

Agree completely with nafanh. When we were looking for a face lift for my son mint ones were over £2k eventually went for a 2000 reg one with a lot of parking dings which made the car look terrible but it was rust free and a good runner. I paid a main dealer dent guy to pull the dents out as a job lot. For a first car it looks great, its cheap, means he didnt need a loan. Only down side Insurance..

I got a supersonic blue facelift 108 000 miles not a dent on it for £1000, keep lookin around you will find a good deal somwhere. Id say 1500 - 2000 for a really good one

I got a bargain ej9 came with full vti body kit and interior for 1150 for my missus. It was mint but now has some battle scars.
Is it worth holdin out for a mint one for your first car when you might have a few knocks in it. As long as it's rust free and the engine is fine is all I'd be interested in

2k for a minter? 2 year ago yeah.

1.5 or under you can find loads on autotrader, looks for 1.4se model it will save you some money on insurance.
