EK9 6.8 seconds 0-60 WTF :S

Back in 2001 in my first totally standard 97 spec EK9 the best i could get was 6.1. Don't forget this was my own car and i did have a little respect for the clutch and g-box. I have also heard the figure of 5.9 bantered about for the ek9. I think this would be a accurate figure and my old 97 would have achieved this with an absolute animal driving rather than me.
