EK9 in South Africa

Hi to all ek9 drivers and fans
I'm from South Africa and I'm in the process of importing a 2000 EK9 Type Rx and I'm beyond excited!!!!!!
I have never phsically seen a 9 in the flesh as u do not get the EK9 here in sunny South Africa - we have plenty of EK4's though!!
I will post pics as soon as she arrives!!
I will be relying on this forum big time because no mechanic here is clued up on the b16b, they all know the b16a that we have here in the Civic/Ballade Vtec..
I'm hoping my EK9 will give the Golf 5 Gti's & Ford Focus ST's a hiding... I really have NO idea what to expect from the EK9??!!

Nice thick air here by the coast, I'm sure she's gonna love it!
Rust is however always an issue...
Aftermarket items are going to be a mission to source here in South Africa... And to import will cost far too much.. Will just have to make use of local brands/parts
