ek9 or dc2?


I been looking at both ek9's and DC2's to buy and after seeing them both next to each other I have to say I went straight towards the ek9.....:nice

DC2's are a bit dated inside compared to ek9's and a bit rarer too which is cool. I'm hopefully getting mine in 2 weeks, which is way too long and i am bored of waiting lol.:nono:

anything from £6500 to £8000ish according to the mileage, the colour and of course the service history.
championship white is what you'll mostly see and they look pretty hot,
you occasionally see silver black and yellow ones on the market.
if you really want to you can get an RX which are the same but with the usual options as standard.

Mine should be here in May time (thanks dunc). I think i got a pretty good deal. 99' 63k with loads of history. £7000 :)

I think i got lucky.

It does need some new wheels though.

My insurance was about £620 fully comp with Sky. Im 25 with 5y ncb

If you wanna import a 9/dc2 Lilo, type-r-dunc is the man to see
 
im 19 mate and ive had my ek9 for about 2 months. insurance is dear but its worth it. i had a vti for the track before it and the standard ek9 handles just as good!
mine will be for sale in a couple of months

im deffo gunna go for the 9 i think. i actually can't wait!
yeah i've seen dunc is the guy to have a word with!

can anybody explain how VTEC works?
