Good stuff Leigh getting this going should be good craic .

Going to send Donal an email tonight .., can you pre pay or is it reserve only , then pay on the day ?
 
is the cars db levels checked as my spoon system with silencers at 4000rpm is 113 :D how soon will we need to contact Donal?

will be quicker for us to go to Derry, Glenshane direction, it will take us about 2.5 hrs..
 
how long will it take you Gary? if the distance was much the same, id go either way for a convoy :D

i've only ever driven out to kircubbin once from belfast and that was to look at an mx5, driving from omagh it will probably take two hours. I can go either way two as the distances are practically the same, its just the crap roads between omagh and magherafelt that put me off going that way.

It takes about 3 hours to get there without breaking any speed limits. We usually have at least one guy that brings the car on a trailer so we keep in convoy.

That time includes stopping in dundonald for 30 mins to get a fill of super unleaded and a cup of coffee.

Kirkistown is super hard on the brakes. Do not show up unless ya have a spare set of front pads.

My civic would go through a half tank by lunch, the a full tank would run out after lunch. So you'd need a decent size jerry tank. A petrol station is 10 mins away if you want to top up at lunch.
 
X2 on the spare pads and proper racing fluid.
My 282/262 setup baked the fluid in 3 laps, whilst learning the track.

Really looking forward to this!

Undortunatly not man, it's buried in at the back of a shed under a pile of duvets and a waterproof cover! All bushes are polyurethane so that should be ok,

been emailing donal today but id say the best way is to get each member to sort donal out individually and let me know when you have paid for your place and i will update post 1
 
You reserve a place by email and pay on the day £105 cash like I mentioned

LOL I was gona say the same myself k20 should be very quick on the circuit, although you can't really call your car an ek3 anymore, makes it sound like a 1.4!


I have emailed Donal and am booked in for June, should be a good day :nice:
 
for people to secure a place for the trackday they must email donal with their name and what car they will be using on the day and the reg of the car

i have just emailed donal and secured my place

id advise everyone to do the same as soon as possible as the trackday will fill up fast due to the canceling of the previous day due to flooding
