Apparently theyre still talking about it in legco but its likely to go through sometime next year??..
cant be assed = lol! Im american chinese but born in HK so it does kinda make sense!
As for picking up an ek9 ..good luck mate, HK is just so notorious for the imitation cars (fake R's) , If you bring your EF back it'll be personal import /20 years old so it'll be easy to bring back with no need for emissions!

its cheap to do engine conversions in hk though but they are alot stricter on modding if police catches you (so ive heard)
