elsamo's 98 facelift 9.

Right, Had the car serviced last week, and the Rear ARB bushes replaced with some poly ones. well impressed with the difference the new ARB bushes make, rear feels so tight and together.

Now just waiting on getting the RTA's done, Engine mounts, and timing belt + tensioner (if it ever arrives...).

Then the car should be pretty much perfect, apart from the clutch master cylinder which decided to be a baw-bag last night.:nono:

yo man ye I had the car for a while took a trip to Belfast to bring it back her then registered it and got the plate changed .Did a few odds and ends before I sold it . Its a really nice example . glad its back in Scotland ill no doubt see it on sunday . heres a few snaps I had taken in my ownership .

Thats awesome Mark! its nice to see that it was clearly well cared for by yourself and the lad i bought it off :nice: looks like very little has changed, only difference i can see is the exhaust, twin loop by any chance?

I love it for its originality!

ye it had a loop on it but think joe changed it over as he thought it had seen better days . The alarm is a relly good one that's on it . It had teg wheels on when I bought it but put the standards and new tyres on it . I never seen the car for sale anywhere .. cant have been up for long .

ah cool cool mate! aye, the alarm is a pretty cool wee gadget and the "secret switch" just makes it that little bit more secure ;) . It wasn't even for sale, joe contacted me because I was selling my 350z and he offered me a part exchange deal, I pretty much jumped at the chance. Went down to see it and basically decided that I was going to take it when i seen how clean it was.

Do you know much about its history in ireland? i noticed a few receipts etc but really no that much.

Car is a credit to both you and joe and i assume the previous owner aswell! :nice:

I think the first guy that owned its name on here is darzo and then jack-civic on here had it for a bit . I don't know a great deal other than the mods were on it in Ireland and its pretty much a faultless example I had the clutch done under my ownership and a few other things . ye the sectret switch is a goody ..

awesome, cheers for al the info matey :nice: and ill probably see you on sunday if you are going to the meet!

ye matey il probably be with my mate logan in his Jordan .
