Front Camber Kit. What do you use?

What kind of front camber kit do you use? I read in here somewhere that some camber kits have different problems (bolts shearing off, ball joints getting worn) and I have confirmed it with some of the users here on my country. Ordered a set of Skunk2 ones but it turns out they have problems too on some cases.

So what is the most reliable, reasonably priced front camber kit available for EKs out there? Right now I have a choice between Hard Race, Skunk2 and Blox.

Thanks :)

OEM :nice: Not adjustable but ive never heard of them failing

that's plan B haha

I really need one because I'm ruining a perfectly good set of tires with 1.6-1.8 degrees of camber on left and right (front). I'm running a set of coilovers by the way, that's why the camber is off :)

well i had skunk2 on my car for few years as i was quite low for a while, the balljoints had to be replaced after approx 1.5 years.
i then changed suspension and running approx -45mm now so i sold camber kit as i might not need it as much....well i hope!

i bought this kit second hand as it looks like the best design i have seen to date, just incase i ever need it.

A sport arms, spherical bearings so add to harshness but not designed to be used every day and bit of nightmare gettin replacement parts, ive always liked the design but near impossible finding companies that sell them

" A sport" yes correct sir!

dont know much about them tbh, took me ages getting them cleaned up as somebody undersealed their car with them on but didnt mask them off :angry2:

is it the fact that the two mounting points have no rubber bush make the ride slightly harder then i take it?

That is a sweet design.

Although them bearings on some of North Wales' bumpy roads would not last very long!

Josh..

yes as will absorb less noise and vibration passing onto car into you, many tend to be noisy as well, not a fault just inherent design, just fit em and see how you get on, gather they came from livvy as only person ive seen sellin set

Yea got them from livvy bud.
Not sure im gonna fit them thou, might be more use to somebody who tracks the car more!

Question... How do you adjust that camber kit once it is fitted to the car?

Do you have to un-do the 2 end? Because i can't see a way to turn to bolt in and out of the camber arms if the end are attached to the chassis...

You need to take out bolts that go thru ends to adjust them if the setting aint what you want.
Bit more work involved but it aint gonna move once set thats for sure!
For sale soon maybe, aint decided as yet.

judging only on the pics, those A-Sport arms seem to have an adjustment that will outlast the Skunk2s.. the only con I see is that they seem to be pretty hard to adjust when fitted. Although it's not often one would adjust camber anyway on a street car.. How much do those cost? They look expensive but looks of high quality too.

How about HardRace ones? Any experience or rumors?

hard race good. my friend had them on his integra. im runing skunk2 on my ek never let me down yet.

I've got hardrace camber kits, front & rear. Really good if you ask me. When I went for a wheel alignment the guy who aligned my wheels really liked them, he said it's much more safer than the allen bolts.

thanks for the inputs guys :)

so I have gotten myself a Hard Race front camber kit and a Blox rear camber kit. I'll post pics when I'll have them installed along with updates on how they perform
